you are driving, please make sure you drive directly to the SpringHill Suites Pittsburgh Latrobe (115 Arnold Palmer Drive, Latrobe, PA 15650), get checked into the hotel, and arrive at the National Office by 3:00pm on Friday, August 4.
If you are flying, please make sure your arriving flight arrives into Pittsburgh International Airport no later than 1:00pm.
The shuttle will depart from the lower lobby of the Hyatt Hotel. It is just a short walk on the indoor corridor from the arrivals/baggage claim area to the hotel lobby.
Also, please make sure your departing flight is no earlier than 11:00am on Sunday morning. The shuttle to Pittsburgh International Airport will be leaving the SpringHill Suites at 8:00am sharp on Sunday, August 6.
